SSP Health Centralised Model

A full exit for GP partners/owners

Where the GP partners/owners can fully retire, with SSP taking over the contract, and acquiring the practice(s). This can be achieved within 12 weeks.

An ownership exit with continued employment

SSP takes over the contract and acquires the practice, with partners having the flexibility to remain as salaried employees or as independent contractors, continuing to deliver services for their patients. The GPs can work as much or as little as they like, and in a fully flexible manner. This can be achieved within 12 weeks.
